Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress, best known for her roles in the movies Beta Saajan and Hum Aapke Haiin Koun..! The 80s were when she started her acting career and became popular with the role of Tezaab in which she appeared alongside veteran actor Anil Kapooor. In the following film, she starred in the movie Dil where she co-starred on the screen alongside Aamir Khan. She was born into the Mumbai middle class family and began to dance at a very young age. She began acting when she was an infant and struggled for several years because most of her initial films were flops. Then she found her way to success which led her to be one of the best-known actors in the Indian film industry. After her wedding, she took an absence from work but returned to her profession. She was recently the main character in Gulaab Gang about Indian women. Dixit was nominated 15 times for Filmfare Awards. She won eight of the awards. In addition, she was awarded her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Her social work is also very well-known.
